2. Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

  • You are able to return both in-store and online purchases. Online orders can be exchanged in-store or by returning the item you ordered online and then submitting a new order. For further details, see How to return an item online.
  • Items are priced normally.

RETURNS

Within 30 days after delivery, you can either obtain a merchandise credit on an eGift Card or a complete refund. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days.

We take extra security measures to protect everyone, therefore we could take a bit longer than normal (25–30 days) to process your refund. We are grateful for your endurance throughout this period.

EXCHANGES

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • A product is deemed faulty if it has a technical issue and is delivered to the customer.
  • The product does not match the description: if the online description of the item is not correct.
  • If the color of the goods is different from the online depiction, it is inaccurate.
  • Erroneous product quantity Should the amount of items delivered differ from what was ordered, you have the right to request a return and a refund.

Important Information

  • The cost of returning an item does not include the original shipping charge.

REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment To Customer Service

Though Epic aims to deliver fast service, customers may from time to time need to return an item, cancel an order, or be eligible for a refund. The following refund policy aims to provide consumers with detailed information about when and how to return things. If you want a refund, you have to read the Refund Policy and follow its guidelines. If you have any concerns regarding our policies, please send an email to [email protected], and we will be pleased to provide you with further information.

Epic deducts actual shipping expenses from any refund, irrespective of the amount the buyer paid for delivery. Refund processing might take up to two or three business days in all situations.

2. Cancel Order

  • Should you choose to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] explaining why.
  • Order cancellation requests may be made by phone or email, but they won’t be handled until an email confirming the cancellation is received. If you would like to cancel by phone, kindly obtain a cancellation email.
  • Order cancellations made up to two hours in advance are free of charge. The $6.99 fee specified in our shipping policy will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account two hours after you have paid the transaction charge, any applicable restocking fees, and shipping charges. The cost will be taken out of your account before then.

3. Return The Order

  • Even though we strive to please every customer, returns are occasionally required. Customers have the following options for returning a purchase to Epic if they’re not happy with it.
  • Goods must be returned, unopened, within 30 days of shipment.
  • This product is not custom-made. Inquire by email at [email protected] if you have any queries concerning the procedure of customizing our products.

4. This Policy Does Not Apply When

  • Goods acquired by the use of promotional campaigns. The previous date for exchanging the merchandise has passed.
  • The product is not being utilized properly, has lost its label, or is being stored in contact or friction with items that are hard enough to scratch and harm it.
    Not a purchase invoice.
  • The item’s embellishments, like as buckles and buttons, are missing.
  • The item smells worn-in, scented.
  • With business bills.

5. Exceptions & Modifications

  • Epic may, on an individual basis, provide exceptions to certain aspects of the Refund Policy, but only to the extent that doing so will better benefit the Customer and solely at its sole discretion. This will not nullify or alter any other terms of the Refund Policy.
  • The Refund Policy may be updated and clarified by the Company at any time, without prior notice, to reflect new products and services. The date of the most current amendment will be at the top of the return policy.
